Me and my mom came from Arizona and went there with our service dogs who were on duty to visit my grandmother and the manager whose name is Colleen rudely told us that we were not allowed to have our service dogs with usMe and my mom came from Arizona and went there with our service dogs who were on duty to visit my grandmother and the manager whose name is Colleen rudely told us that we were not allowed to have our service dogs with us and said that my grandmother would have to pay a monthly fee (which is illegal with service dogs) for a pet (not a pet but a service dog, not to mention we were only staying for one day) and then we kept going out to let the dogs go to the bathroom and the final time we came back she started yelling again and my mom has PTSD and panic attacks, I have social anxiety and it honestly felt like we were being attacked and she started lying and saying that people were calling complaints about the dogs but they werent even barking or causing a disturbance we finally left and we were honestly hurt and sad that our grandmother has to live there (I forgot to mention that my grandmother has had problems with her before this)more ...hide ...

My experience here has been quite average. The apartments and grounds are nice, as are the amenities. The community is tranquil and I have had no problems with my neighbors. The rent is reasonable. The rent is reasonable. The only major downside is the parking; it is absolutely dreadful. There need to be more spots or larger lots, since each apartment only has one spot and a number of them are shared by two people. The people at the leasing office are polite, but their communication could be better. It took me a month to get a payment issue fixed after I set up auto pay correctly and contacted them several times. This month, the auto pay didn't work again, so I'm just going to disable it. There have also been a few water and maintenance issues in my building; the first time, a note was placed on the door, but the second time, it was not until the following day and it took three days for the problem to be fixed. An email would have been much appreciated. Additionally, some maintenance problems have taken longer than I would have liked to be fixed, or multiple attempts. All in all, it has not been my worst apartment experience, but certainly not my best.more ...hide ...
