The rent is reasonable. The only major downside is the parking; it is absolutely dreadful. There need to be more spots or larger lots, since each apartment only has one spot and a number of them are shared by two people. The people at the leasing office are polite, but their communication could be better. It took me a month to get a payment issue fixed after I set up auto pay correctly and contacted them several times. This month, the auto pay didn't work again, so I'm just going to disable it. There have also been a few water and maintenance issues in my building; the first time, a note was placed on the door, but the second time, it was not until the following day and it took three days for the problem to be fixed. An email would have been much appreciated. Additionally, some maintenance problems have taken longer than I would have liked to be fixed, or multiple attempts. All in all, it has not been my worst apartment experience, but certainly not my best.more ...hide ...
