In my third year, however, rats got under the hood of my car three times while it was parked in my designated spot, and caused damage. The leasing company did not offer assistance until I reached out to their customer service department, and even after they did make a phone call, they were not helpful in the least. They still owe me money for the parking fees I paid but stopped using after my car was damaged for the third time. Getting in touch with them is quite difficult, and when you do, they are not at all helpful. The only positive element was the on-site staff who were very kind and my neighbors who were also wonderful. I highly advise against living here or renting from CLK Leasing - they are terrible. To add to that, the elevators were out of service for two months and there was no security present. To make matters worse, both the front and back doors were broken at multiple points throughout my stay, granting anyone access to the property, and the back garage gate was dysfunctional for days at a time.
