Hello I039m currently looking for a 2 bedroom home for myself **full.name.hidden** female age 39 and my 2 children Elijah Porras male 11 and daughter female Dalilah **last*name**hidden** I receive section 8 and my voucher is 1033 per month with my part being 0 My voucher will expire October 14 if I don039t find a place by then We are a very clean and respectful family I really am in desperate need to get in a place my previous place I lived for 7 yrs on section 8 then the owner sold it and the new owners didn039t want to deal with section 8 so I received a 30 day notice to vacate the property which I did so no evictions Thank you for taking the time to read this

Ive only lived here for a short time, but in that short time I have grown to really like this place. It is a secure building with an elevator. Large apartments with a giant size closet in the master bedroom anda nice laIve only lived here for a short time, but in that short time I have grown to really like this place. The mail is delivered inside the building and all the residents are very nice people. Gas heat is included with the rent. They do have baseboard heat and I have no clue how that will work out yet, but I will come back and update my review in a few weeks!more ...hide ...

They refuse to meet with you when your appealing there decision, for denying you housing. Example false criminal record, false landlord verifications, falsely stating they took the tenant to court for eviction. Lived there for 3 years, pros and cons below:Pros: Convenient location close to downtown, very affordable (good university student budget), fast maintenanceCons: Loud area (at the corner of 2 very busy streets), constantLived there for 3 years, pros and cons below:Pros: Convenient location close to downtown, very affordable (good university student budget), fast maintenanceCons: Loud area (at the corner of 2 very busy streets), constant turnover with property managers (some ok, some incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional), poor communication between managers and tenants and among managers themselves, overall the administrative aspects of the complex are incredibly disorganized and often unprofessional, excessive mold buildup in bathroom (only a window, and even w/ window and door open, it is impossible to stop, terrified to even look beyond ceiling tiles to see how bad it was up there), repeated flooding in downstairs apartments because of poor laundry facilities, manager refused to replace faulty laundry machines and blamed issues on tenants in building, we were denied a walk-through when moving out of the apartmentmore ...hide ...
