I would not recommend this apartment to anyone who is new to this city. There is a man named Daniel Raggot who works at the desk and is very rude to applicants and unprofessional. He seems to have no knowledge and appears very tacky and unorganized at the landlord€™s desk. Meanwhile the place does carry a bad horrible smell inside and I saw roaches crawling in the hallway. We we were just placed due to a nearby fire and flood that was supposed to be a remodel cleaning that lasted only 3 4 weeks. But instead its been 3 to 4 months and are lease I believe has been broken. But instead its been 3 to 4 months and are lease I believe has been broken. To it they separated us into two different apartments two different buildings and all the belongings went to one apartment which was my girlfriends and then it didnt bother putting the bed together for her. Shes diabetic so they didnt they didnt help her with food. They didnt help her bring her stuff up right away. And half of our stuff is missing. But it gives them grounds to try to say theres no reason for us not to be happy and our time while we were in temporary housing as punished us for to be togethermore ...hide ...
