I have lived there 3 years There has been new owners every year The rent goes up every year but they never update the apartments to accommodate the raise in rent They cant keep maintenance personnel so you have to wait on a maintenance order

So far especially being on the east side its a nice place to live quiet and office will get the job done when you call

My family and I relocated to Stonybrook Commons in the summer of 2015 and I was extremely delighted to inhabit such a stunning place. The grass was always well-maintained, lush and a vivid green, and the flowers at the entrance were not wilted or dro My family and I relocated to Stonybrook Commons in the summer of 2015 and I was extremely delighted to inhabit such a stunning place. The grass was always well-maintained, lush and a vivid green, and the flowers at the entrance were not wilted or drooping. Moreover, they provided a variety of services to aid the community. For instance, they had a bookmobile to help my siblings and I read, a back to school night to help families, and a program with INHP which assisted the inhabitants to become homeowners. The modest park they had was an entertaining and secure place for my siblings and I to take a break and the staff were excellent. However, during the last couple of months that we lived there, it all went downhill. The residence became increasingly unfriendly, the compactor was overrun with litter, and little to no maintenance was done. Nevertheless, I will always remember the two summers that my siblings and I spent outdoors in the sunshine, talking to our neighbors as the cool summer air blew. I would highly encourage this area to many of my friends and family. I'm even pondering about moving back in when I finish school.
