There are no amenities, the staff only works 2 days a week (if they show up..) And theyre letting the place fall apart I would not recommend this place to anyone who wants to be able take pride in their home. Everyone agreed to a 6 month lease agreement, but on the day of closing they told us we had to sign a 12 month lease or lose our deposit. We should have refused and kept going. We got our keys and walked up some smelly, squeaky stairs that led into an awful apartment; it hadn't been cleaned properly, had terrible paint job with staples from the carpets sticking out and hair in the sinks/tub. We complained about it but nothing happened. The first day we were there there was a fight outside so bad people started crashing their cars and chasing each other onto the road! The kitchen cabinets were too fragile so when they got broken we called maintenance who only complained; he took our drawers for two days then returned them saying he had put them back together himself! Then halfway through our lease there was a "random inspection"; they were meant to change air filters but we had to buy them ourselves! Plus 3 months before finishing our lease they increased rent by $200 - no way would be return after that surprise! And then unexpectedly ended two weeks sooner than what was signed on paper - didn't argue, just left quickly. When trying to return keys waited an hour while office open yet no response; dropped off keys/rent checks in box instead. Moral: you get what you pay for!!more ...hide ...

There is no staff except part-time office manager and handyman. The large furnished lobby is a perk, with coded security door, and the apartments are very large with shiny hand holds and wheelchair size doors. It is an all-around attractive environment. The community, mostly elderly ladies, has a very family feel with helpful attitudes. Parking is reserved with a separate section for guests, and a pavilion. There are several community spaces, a small theater room, and a small computer room, even a few exercise machines. The interior is quiet. The one significant drawback of this location is the sometimes noisy intersection of Trier Road and Goeglein Road , where too many fast cars and motorcycles \"drag\" off the intersection line, with inadequate mufflers, speed shifting and gears winding out. Unit walls are not heavily soundproofed so residents near the corner on street-side require ability to tolerate sporadic noise.more ...hide ...
