Maintenance has to do a job several times before they get it fixed correctly. Raises rent $250 more a month for absolutely nothing. We dont get better service from office people or maintenance. Pay attention to the real reviews. They dont care about their tenants. The property managers are very rude. The units are charging high rent but, do not have on call pest control nor have they been remodeled since they have been built. There are so many problems with the water out here. Pool hasnt been open in about 2-3 years. Probably wont be open this year. The ONLY nice thing about the apartments are the space and fireplace but what good is it if you have to have lived in your apartments for over 10 years in order to even get any fresh carpet or new flooring or be a family member of the property manager? Take your money elsewhere where you dont have to argue over the issues your facing where you live because it is just very frustrating having to deal with women of color who are able to openly unprofessionally have attitudes on the job.
