We had an immense leak in our ceiling every time it rained or snowed, requiring us to use every container in our apartment to save the water. We had to move our bedding away from the leaks since they were so strong they would splash all over. It took over a year and a half to finally resolve it, and we were never informed when the issue was fixed - we simply noticed it stopped at some point. This is unacceptable, especially for the cost. Additionally, be careful of all the positive reviews, as they may have been incentivized with gift cards. I've included proof of this.more ...hide ...

Ive only lived here for a short time, but in that short time I have grown to really like this place. It is a secure building with an elevator. The mail is delivered inside the building and all the residents are very nice people. Gas heat is included with the rent. They do have baseboard heat and I have no clue how that will work out yet, but I will come back and update my review in a few weeks!more ...hide ...

They refuse to meet with you when your appealing there decision, for denying you housing. Example false criminal record, false landlord verifications, falsely stating they took the tenant to court for eviction.
