I have been living here for three years and regret it. Many managers have quit or walked out, maintenance personnel left, and even sex offenders and drug users were present. Many managers have quit or walked out, maintenance personnel left, and even sex offenders and drug users were present. I kept my apartment in good shape but yesterday received a notice on my door despite there being no reason for it. I was told to come to the office today as the district manager was meant to be there, yet when I arrived the door was locked past the expected time. Additionally, we had been given false information about renting out the club house; we were only allowed access after office hours at five o'clock! Although I have done my best to keep up with cleanliness in my area, this lack of professionalism by others has resulted in a terrible environment overall. With job layoffs due to recent shutdowns and a struggling housing market, moving is not an option for me right now. Corporate should come talk with us tenants about what's happening – we need help soon!more ...hide ...
