Many managers have quit or walked out, maintenance personnel left, and even sex offenders and drug users were present. I kept my apartment in good shape but yesterday received a notice on my door despite there being no reason for it. I was told to come to the office today as the district manager was meant to be there, yet when I arrived the door was locked past the expected time. Additionally, we had been given false information about renting out the club house; we were only allowed access after office hours at five o'clock! Although I have done my best to keep up with cleanliness in my area, this lack of professionalism by others has resulted in a terrible environment overall. With job layoffs due to recent shutdowns and a struggling housing market, moving is not an option for me right now.
