Most of the good reviews are obviously bribed Pay attention to the real reviews They dont care about their tenants The property managers are very rude The parking lots have craters for potholes that have been there for over 5 years The units are char Most of the good reviews are obviously bribed Pay attention to the real reviews They dont care about their tenants The property managers are very rude The parking lots have craters for potholes that have been there for over 5 years The units are charging high rent but do not have on call pest control nor have they been remodeled since they have been built There are so many problems with the water out here Pool hasnt been open in about 23 years Probably wont be open this year The ONLY nice thing about the apartments are the space and fireplace but what good is it if you have to have lived in your apartments for over 10 years in order to even get any fresh carpet or new flooring or be a family member of the property manager Take your money elsewhere where you dont have to argue over the issues your facing where you live because it is just very frustrating having to deal with women of color who are able to openly unprofessionally have attitudes on the job Even after a property manager change nothing is fixed more ... hide ...

I came to the property to inquire about any potential rentals they may have and to possibly get an application I went into the leasing office only to be greeted by an elderly woman who I can only assume was the property manager Her first words were Y I came to the property to inquire about any potential rentals they may have and to possibly get an application I went into the leasing office only to be greeted by an elderly woman who I can only assume was the property manager Her first words were You need to leave Im in a meeting Excuse me Then why does your sign say Open with your doors unlocked I couldnt even utter a question out before she was shoving yes literally pushing me out the door I could only get out one question Well where can I even apply Before she huffed went over to her desk and handed me a random folded up piece of paper with her own scribbles on it with a long link printed out on paper Rude and wont be inquiring again Thankfully I took myself to another apartment complex right afterwards where I was greeted with some hospitality and somebody who was willing to answer all of my questions Definitely glad I chose the later option Please rethink your property managers considering they are the first impression of your property more ... hide ...
