It is an ideal place for elderly folks or younger kids, in my opinion. There is nothing for older children to do, as the tennis courts are in an abysmal condition and the volleyball area is utilized by cats as a litter box (not sure when the sand was last changed). The exterior of the apartments needs some upkeep, as does the interior of the buildings; however, overall it is a tranquil spot to reside. The maintenance personnel are usually punctual, if a bit brusque, while the reception staff is marvelous. I truly enjoyed my stay here, as it was always tranquil and everyone kept to themselves. Unfortunately, I do not believe it is suitable for kids, as the only thing they can look forward to is the swimming pool opening. It is very pleasant to have it right outside our door, but people should obey the regulations so that everyone can enjoy it without any rule-breaking spoiling the fun for everyone else. To make it more kid-friendly, the tennis courts should be renovated or something new should be put there, and the volleyball area and sand should be disposed of.more ...hide ...

What I like most is the quietness in my building and the surrounding area. The social workers are very helpful with providing assistant for EAP or food stamp applications including food pantries . Most of the office staff can be a bit harsh or cold hearted but for the most part I love it here and I only deal with the kindest person.more ...hide ...

The only reason I gave a 4 instead of 5 is that the building is kind of old and it does not smell very well inside.more ...hide ...

I loved it here, I was there for a cookout for the residents. I baked cakes for the people. The residents had fun and it was nice to see the smiles on their faces. Thanks for allowing us to be apart of the festivities.
