Hello I am a 51 yr old female with a 13 yr old daughter and a 9 yr old son I hold a housing voucher now for 3 yrs I am looking for a nice quiet home environment to live and feel safe and have fun I have no pets I really like the format of this property clean neat and quiet I hope that my children and I will become great tenants at this property

Maintenance requests are dealt with promptly, unless I request for a specific date. As a single person without children, I appreciate how family-friendly the environment is, especially in the summer. My niece is allowed to go to the park on her own, which is something I never experienced in any of the other places I have stayed. I am usually not one to interact with my neighbors or the maintenance crew, however, I find myself doing so here. The property is pet-friendly and has multiple doggy bag stations, though I wish there was a dog park. The owner is quite understanding and he even granted me a meeting without me asking.
