Maintenance requests are dealt with promptly, unless I request for a specific date. As a single person without children, I appreciate how family-friendly the environment is, especially in the summer. My niece is allowed to go to the park on her own, which is something I never experienced in any of the other places I have stayed. I am usually not one to interact with my neighbors or the maintenance crew, however, I find myself doing so here. The property is pet-friendly and has multiple doggy bag stations, though I wish there was a dog park. The owner is quite understanding and he even granted me a meeting without me asking. It is uncommon to find a landlord as understanding as him. To sum it up, the value, atmosphere and quality of staff make this place hard to beat. more ... hide ...
