Last year they stole my laptop bag which was under my seat! They couldnt catch the villain because there were no cameras outside. Someone stole their TV in the main lobby I wonder did they catch them since there is \"Cameras\" in the inside. I truly wish she didnt move there.more ...hide ...

Reported my air not working and it took over a week and a half and air still isnt fixed. Maintenance told me on Monday it would be fixed Tuesday. Never got fixed. Maintenance has to do a job several times before they get it fixed correctly. Raises rent $250 more a month for absolutely nothing. We dont get better service from office people or maintenance. This new company needs to clean house and find people who actually can do their jobs and take good care of the residents living here.more ...hide ...

The property managers are very rude. The parking lots have craters for potholes that have been there for over 5 years. The units are charging high rent but, do not have on call pest control nor have they been remodeled since they have been built. There are so many problems with the water out here. Pool hasn€™t been open in about 2-3 years. Probably won€™t be open this year. The ONLY nice thing about the apartments are the space and fireplace but what good is it if you have to have lived in your apartments for over 10 years in order to even get any fresh carpet or new flooring or be a family member of the property manager? Take your money elsewhere where you don€™t have to argue over the issues your facing where you live because it is just very frustrating having to deal with women of color who are able to openly unprofessionally have attitudes on the job. Even after a property manager change, nothing is fixed.more ...hide ...
