This accommodation is far from inexpensive. What they say in the contract is greatly different from what they tell you. Pets are not allowed. You can only have someone living with you for two weeks of the entire year. KeThis accommodation is far from inexpensive. What they say in the contract is greatly different from what they tell you. Pets are not allowed. You can only have someone living with you for two weeks of the entire year. Keep in mind, the contract is valid for one year. There are BEDBUGS in this place and they won't do anything about it. Whoever declares they have bedbugs, has to pay for the entire complex. People won't report it since everyone is getting bitten by the bedbugs and getting sick. There is continuous yelling from the neighbours. You are not allowed to work on your car here and can't even open the hood to jump it. The office will tell you this "there is a place for that". The office lady will not inform you about certain things until the last 20 minutes before she needs it. She is fond of giving out 30 day notices. Legally, it is a 45 day process no matter which contract you sign. I recently received a violation of lease due to having a dog with me for two days due to my grandmother having surgery. My grandma is incapable of looking after a dog, she requires someone to take care of her. I am deeply dissatisfied with this place, having a trailer would be more suitable for anyone who is looking to move.more ...hide ...
