Whoever declares they have bedbugs, has to pay for the entire complex. People won't report it since everyone is getting bitten by the bedbugs and getting sick. There is continuous yelling from the neighbours. You are not allowed to work on your car here and can't even open the hood to jump it. The office will tell you this "there is a place for that". The office lady will not inform you about certain things until the last 20 minutes before she needs it. She is fond of giving out 30 day notices. Legally, it is a 45 day process no matter which contract you sign. I recently received a violation of lease due to having a dog with me for two days due to my grandmother having surgery. My grandma is incapable of looking after a dog, she requires someone to take care of her. As with any apartment building, the experience is only as good as the level of respect from the other tenants. It is usually quiet, and management has taken action to handle issues with tenants' behavior. Although there were water pressure issues for a few months, they have since been resolved. All in all, if you pay rent on time, communicate with management, and respect your neighbors, this is a very nice place to live. However, if the building was allocated with a bigger budget, it could improve the wear and tear of the property and its upkeep. Additionally, the two-bedroom apartments have a shower stall only, while the one-bedroom apartments have a full bathtub and shower, making it difficult for families with children in the two-bedroom apartments.
