Hello My name is **full.name.hidden** I have been trying to find some kind of assistance in finding a home for myself I am legally disabled and recently had back surgery on **phone#**hidden** I have a Nevro Spinal Cord Stimulator permanently implanted on my spine the unit to charge it needs to be plugged in and charged daily I also have diabetic medicine that needs to remain refrigerated my 22 year old daughter and two small medical Alert service doggies We have been very abruptly made to be homeless since August 1st 2024 I moved here a couple years ago for medical assistance and have been staying with a friend at a long stay hotel in Mission KS My daughter moved in a little while ago to help My friend had to abruptly relocate which in turn is leaving my daughter and myself homeless and in need of finding somewhere to go Ive luckily used my very very low fixed SSDI disability income and a little help provided by my daughter whom works at the Chipotle on Johnson Dr for little to no hours per week to get into a couple cheap hotels for a couple days We are now extremely low on funds to use for much of anything We will need to vacate the hotel we are staying in in Olathe KS and end up living in my car that has no AC starting **phone#**hidden** Ive been researching emailing calling leaving unanswered voicemails to every homelessness agency we had some assistance with the Johnson county mental health system with the hotel vouchers in Olathe where we are fixing to have to leave housing authority section 8 hud etc Ive even applied at a couple apartment complexes We truly have no where else to go Please may we receive your assistance We appreciate your time consideration and swift response Sincerely **full.name.hidden**
