I have had a great experience with Brownstone Apartments The managers are always quick to reply moving in was easy rent is fair and the place is really cute My roommate won a gift card and its in a great location

Assisting my sibling in vacating this place, where they have been staying for five years (having multiple opportunities to resolve the problems):1. There was constant noise and odor from their neighbors' units.2. The bathroom sink had no drain for two years.5. A squirrel was living in their ceiling for a few years.6. The neighbors were discourteous and loud, with evictions occurring often.7. Now the complex has changed how they charge for water. Instead of a single fee or an individual water bill, they are splitting the bill among four apartments, two one-bedrooms and two two-bedrooms. This means that even though she lives alone and uses very little water, she still has to pay a portion of the bill for the other families in the building. It€™s like getting a side salad and water while your friends are eating lobster, and then having to split the bill equally.8. They gave a seven-day "window" for maintenance events, so you never knew when someone would be in your apartment, like when they added Google Fiber.She cannot leave soon enough.Edit: It is evident from this situation that the complex is only concerned with the noise and not any other issues. more ... hide ...
