Water gets shut off for hours, even days, and when maintenance finally comes after you've requested it two months prior, they leave a mess behind for you to clean up. I've been to the leasing office four times and emailed, but still haven't received a mailbox key after a month. In addition, my dishwasher is leaking everywhere, the bathtub is rusted, and I still don't have a deck. Outside, the area is carpeted and never gets cleaned. Lately, I even spotted a cockroach in the kitchen. I've contacted corporate, but they won't respond. It's been weeks, and all they say is that they'll call me back. This is the worst apartment in the KC area and should be shut down. It doesn't matter how cheap it is; it's basically unlivable. It's incredible that this place is still in business when they get so many complaints. Don't be deceived by any good reviews here; they're likely written by staff members. more ... hide ...

I lived there for two years and I never had an issue I was on the top floor so I never heard any toilet flushing or showers being turned on like other apartments My neighbors all around were quiet and friendly kept to themselves mostly My AC heat app I lived there for two years and I never had an issue I was on the top floor so I never heard any toilet flushing or showers being turned on like other apartments My neighbors all around were quiet and friendly kept to themselves mostly My AC heat appliances plumbing nothing broke down The management was on top of a minor ant problem by my kitchen window and had the exterminator out the next day to see where they were coming from I had a two bedroom one bathroom and it was very spacious for the price The square footage is awesome Plus the pool is pretty big compared to other apartment pools Also the fitness center was decent clean and had a bathroom I would recommend this place to live more ... hide ...
