I was a resident here for a year and just recently moved out about 2 months ago Throughout my lease there were multiple instances of people smoking cigarettes in their apartments or in the interior hallways causing the smell to leak into other apartmI was a resident here for a year and just recently moved out about 2 months ago Throughout my lease there were multiple instances of people smoking cigarettes in their apartments or in the interior hallways causing the smell to leak into other apartments The water was regularly turned off for emergency repairs about once a week for my entire lease Typically staff provided a couple hour notice of the shut offs which meant that you had to store extra water in your apartment in case they turned the water off when you needed to cook or shower There were multiple instances of pipes bursting and flooding apartments and hallways There were ongoing issues with roaches and rodents throughout the building that were never brought under control The apartment has a central package room where all packages are delivered and the resident can go to request pickup Unfortunately my packages were accidentally handed out to residents with similar apartment numbers on multiple occasions When this issue was brought up to staff I was informed that that never happens and I must have been mistaken even though I received my packages from some considerate neighbors once they realized they had received the wrong package When I moved out I stayed in contact with the office to ensure that any extra fees charged after the end of my lease were resolved At last contact a month after the end of my lease staff informed me that my account balance was zero and issued me a check for my security deposit back Just recently I was contacted by a collection agency over an overdue charge to the Falls for a months worth of utilities that I had already paid There were no attempts to contact me regarding this charge after they had already informed me that all charges were settled and issued back my deposit The rent is cheap for the area but when coupled with all the ongoing issues it really wasnt worth it in my opinion Im now renting at a well maintained complex at a similar price point down the road with none of the above issuesmore ...hide ...

Ive lived here 7 years and although the staff has been excellent it just keeps getting better One of my biggest fans is Lydia She helps me all the time with a lot of different things Im happy to be surrounded by a great group of people
definitely not the worst place i lived a handful of things could be better but hey its an apartment building so what do you expect its been really nice this summer for sure and the staff are friendly good little place and my cat loves my balcony

I keep to myself try not to bother the front but this place will turn someone who is nice into someone who is mean. I work and I come home that€™s all I do I stay to myself with me and my kid I would not recommend living here unless you like living with people going in and out of your unit people getting drunk and fighting throughout the nights any day of the week and if you like bugs and then the employees being rude. If you€™re OK with all that then this is the place for you. I don€™t see how this plays has not been shut down in All honest truth!! I have black mold they have not fixed you can€™t live in black mold I am very patient but after year living here in the unhealthy living addition because they don€™t come fix it is not oka and causes health issues! If I can leave I would in a heartbeat my lease is almost up as soon as it is I will be leaving I tried to contact hired in the front office to see if anything can be done! DO NOT LIVE HERE!! What ever you do DO NOT LIVE HERE!! P.s I spoke with the front offices manager offered to send her pictures in email about the things but she said that does not show anything she will not understand I repeated to her what her employees told me and she told me that makes no sense well of course not but that€™s what your employees said to me she was not professional so I asked if I could speak with the actual owner she said no so therefore there€™s no way of getting this place better I don€™t see them ever becoming good!
