My son moved into his first apartment here in May 2019 loves it but the maintenance crew working here never or very slow Other than that I think it deserves 4 stars

Although I moved out of my apartment over the last weekend of the month (on the 31st and 1st), leaving my apt. clean and damage free, and I returned the following Monday morning (on the 2nd) at 8 am for the move-out insAlthough I moved out of my apartment over the last weekend of the month (on the 31st and 1st), leaving my apt. clean and damage free, and I returned the following Monday morning (on the 2nd) at 8 am for the move-out inspection and to turn my keys in (which I did), the manager put in the system that I moved out on the 3rd and she falsified the date on her copy of the move-out inspection form to show I moved out on the 3rd (although I did not), and then she took three days of rent off my deposit, not returning the remainder of the deposit until almost two months after I moved out. In addition, she started my lease on the first of the month, although I didnt sign the lease, pay rent nor move in until the 7th, and by doing so, I was overcharged 6 days of rent. Its bad enough there was an ongoing, very slow drain problem in the bathtub (which I think is so in all apts.), with it taking almost a hour for shower/bath water to drain, but then the manager can be dishonest and falsify dates when she wants to.more ...hide ...

I am very satisfied here! People are friendly, it does take them a little time to get to know you.The Manager Laura is fantastic. Carl is the best maintenance man I have every seen. I wouldnt recommend this place at all, the property manager is very rude, unprofessional, plays favorites horribly. The leasing agent has no clue what shes doing, she doesnt explain anything to residents and when management was talked to about the issue it still wasnt addressed. The property manager charges $50 cash to unlock the door for the community room on top of the deposit, which is NOT in the lease. Things dont get fixed in apartments youll go months without being able to wash clothes because of drains they dont want to fix. For it being a government property its TERRIBLE.
