My son moved into his first apartment here in May 2019 loves it but the maintenance crew working here never or very slow Other than that I think it deserves 4 stars

Uodate 2 if youre wondering if this is the place for you come take a drive through Youll find the mailboxes have been broken into and left unfixed there is no longer an office manager or any staff on site maybe but you can call for 20 days with one a Uodate 2 if youre wondering if this is the place for you come take a drive through Youll find the mailboxes have been broken into and left unfixed there is no longer an office manager or any staff on site maybe but you can call for 20 days with one attempted return call or call the temporary number posted and leave a message there When we called the post office they had not been informed of the issue with the mailboxes and said it was too bad we had switched owners again this year Did anyone get notified of the new NEW managementnnUpdate One day at work I saw a maintenance person come in on my security camera dissapear into the hallway and leave 4 minutes later Did not have any notice or a work order in for anything Called and left a message that I wanted to make sure he was actually maintenance since he just waltzed right on in I didnt recognize him but he could be new with the new management They called back on Saturday when I was working so I couldnt return the call Called back twice yesterday evening possibly after closing I dont recall the time but wasnt able to leave a message because the line just went dead after a few ringsnn7 months ago Anyone else currently living here had inspections nearly every month I have had at least 4 inspections in the 10 months Ive lived here Someone just came this morning while I was sleeping the last time someone came I was in the shower and he still came in The time before that I was home alone and there were SIX MEN that came in with their little clipboards rummaged around in my bed room and every other room taking pictures and who knows what else they didnt actually speak to me or introduce themselves and left and the landlord is never with them The first time she callethe night before not 24 hours and said it was the insurance company and they chose my unit to inspect Just wondering if this is happening to anyone else Its incredibly invasive and just sketchy at this point but I get paper or email notices and they usually just let themselves in even if Im home so I really dont have much of a say more ... hide ...
