In addition, she started my lease on the first of the month, although I didnt sign the lease, pay rent nor move in until the 7th, and by doing so, I was overcharged 6 days of rent. Its bad enough there was an ongoing, very slow drain problem in the bathtub (which I think is so in all apts.), with it taking almost a hour for shower/bath water to drain, but then the manager can be dishonest and falsify dates when she wants to. more ... hide ... The property manager charges $50 cash to unlock the door for the community room on top of the deposit, which is NOT in the lease. Things dont get fixed in apartments youll go months without being able to wash clothes because of drains they dont want to fix. For it being a government property its TERRIBLE.
