I pay $599 for rent and a $40 flat fee for utilities as of December 2021, which is a little high for a studio but: the apartments are clean with a spacious bathroom and closet. All appliances work perfectly and I€™ve had no issues. Staff is friendly and the property is well maintained. My only issue with Remington Square is the laundry situation. It costs $2 per load and I usually have to dry my clothes 2-3 times so the costs really add up. The base rent is already a bit steep for the actual apartment, so to pay $4-$8 every time for laundry is a bit much.more ...hide ...

My son saw that there was an available apartment on August 5th on the website, so he went over and was given a tour. Everything seemed great. He asked what the next step was to secure it and was told to submit his application. He did that on July 12th with a $50 application fee. Then I, as a co-signer, applied and had to pay an additional $50, since there was no way to do that on the website. I even called to make sure. My application was done on July 15th and we were told that we would hear back in 3-5 business days. When we hadn't heard anything by July 21st, we called and were told that someone had applied a week before us, so they were waiting on their decision, but they would let us know the next day, Friday, July 22nd. There was no call on the 22nd. On Tuesday, July 26, we called four times and finally got a human on the fourth call. They said they would check the status and get back to us that afternoon, but they didn't. I feel that this whole ordeal was just to get $100 from us for an apartment that wasn't even available. The customer service here is awful; it's hard to get an answer and they don't follow through on their promises. Either this place doesn't needmore ...hide ...
