The absolute worst management I have ever dealt with. They have no oversight from HUD, so they basically think they get to do whatever they please. This includes, but not limited to, discrimination, fraud, unlawful and unjust evictions, constantly threatening people with their housing if they dont comply with whatever fake policy they decide to come up with that day, and they will even straight up lie in court, stating you owe rent while collecting a subsidy in your name for those same months. They DO NOT follow HUDs policies and procedures or regular policies and procedures for that matter. They SHOULD NOT be in the business of helping people because they intend to do the complete opposite. This opinion is all based off my experience with them and many other close family and friends that are too afraid to say something for the sake of their housing. ¨ Shame on you!!!more ...hide ...

I wouldnt live here we lost our jobs due to the pandemic so to help pay our rent we got help from kera the complex kicked us out when our lease ended because we had to get help and when I called to ask why they where notI wouldnt live here we lost our jobs due to the pandemic so to help pay our rent we got help from kera the complex kicked us out when our lease ended because we had to get help and when I called to ask why they where not willing to work with us they said its because I had to get a 30 day notice and to quit in order to get kera to help me management has no consideration for struggling families and the fact that they still ended up getting paid and then some I have 2 babies and now Im trying to find a new place due to the short amount of time that they are wanting me out. If you have children and a family this is not a dependable place to live they frown upon people who get help. Please be careful.more ...hide ...
I moved in not to long ago, and I can say it is very peaceful here. The managers are nice and willing to help! They put up cameras in the hallways and put locks on the exterior doors. Which before hand we had a lot of people coming to just sit in the buildings, but ever since the cameras and the locks being put in I have had no problems! My neighbors are great and friendly. Overall I have nothing bad to say about this apartment complex! Its a great apartment for young adults moving out on their own. Ive definitely gotten more then I have payed for.more ...hide ...
