The absolute worst management I have ever dealt with They have no oversight from HUD so they basically think they get to do whatever they please This includes but not limited to discrimination fraud unlawful and unjust evictions constantly threatenin The absolute worst management I have ever dealt with They have no oversight from HUD so they basically think they get to do whatever they please This includes but not limited to discrimination fraud unlawful and unjust evictions constantly threatening people with their housing if they dont comply with whatever fake policy they decide to come up with that day and they will even straight up lie in court stating you owe rent while collecting a subsidy in your name for those same months They DO NOT follow HUDs policies and procedures or regular policies and procedures for that matter They SHOULD NOT be in the business of helping people because they intend to do the complete opposite This opinion is all based off my experience with them and many other close family and friends that are too afraid to say something for the sake of their housing Shame on you more ... hide ...

I have nothing but negatives about living here Going kn my second year and I have nothing but complaints They need HUD Management on their butts They needs to do 100 times better than what the management does 110 wouldnt recommend

Never had problems when living here if you stay to yourself love the apartments everything done new when u enter the apartment and only thing I didnt like is u can hear other people thru the walls but thats any apartment really

The managers are nice and willing to help! They put up cameras in the hallways and put locks on the exterior doors.
