something worst to happen by limiting force and movement without hurting or act with physical violence. The Adult Protection Specialist, KR, came to talk to me in my apartment on March 6, 2018. I told him if he had the csomething worst to happen by limiting force and movement without hurting or act with physical violence. The Adult Protection Specialist, KR, came to talk to me in my apartment on March 6, 2018. I told him if he had the chance to read the report and he said that he receive a brief letter stating that I wrestle with MH in the floor. Clear example of how words can give a total different meaning and how all has being misinterpreted. I was only having a hard time pulling the keys away from MH.My Supervisor JAN. was not productive in the sense that didn€™t schedule me for the training need it to treat an individual that was feed by G-Tube in Labrador, house supervise by Supervisor MP. Both knowing this I was repeatedly sent to work in Labrador. Several G-tube and trainings had being schedule in the months that pass by, while I was working in Labrador and Henderson. I was being persistent but ignored. When vocational staff GG asks for overtime she chooses the Sunday overnight shift at Crestway. Supervisors had giving her that privilege. Supervisor sends staff RA to Pawnee or Zipper, when she is schedules to work that day in Crestway her current assigned house. I did experience the same as RA being done towards me. This shows the favoritism that exists in the organization. Given does few what they demand and take advantage of does that don€™t complaint.Staff GG has express her discontent and no month has pass by that she feel quitting. But that unhealthy conformism and fear to change has kept her rusting little by little; knowing the lack of care they would received if she is not present. What keep me going are the individuals; who I took as my bosses and excluding my attention from the hostile culture that continues to grow. Leaving out a few staff to shine even more, but not enough to illuminate and walk in the right direction. I was no longer working in the house that was assigned to me and constantly without any anticipation move to other houses, as a PRN Staff but that doesn€™t have the choice to say no. I supported my supervisor working six days per week till we got a staff for Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday overnights. I got transfer to other houses were the Supervisors expected the same type of work I did in a week at Crestway in a period of one or two days. My supervisor couldn€™t hire a new staff from November 13, 2017, till February 21, 2018.The clients in Crestway were no longer the same. Other staff that took my place didn€™t shower them, didn€™t feed them, not ready when vocational staff came, taken away their daily routine that took me time, months of work, encouragement, till finally it come natural to them. All my efforts were in vain and it was all gone. MSL didn€™t woke up by himself to take a shower, JD didn€™t want to eat, draw, dress by himself, find him without motivation, WV stop throwing his candy wraps in the trash, and I didn€™t had the enough time to work with BH, but tell me who else would take the time to change the strings and tune his guitar and help him play a song. This shows the lack of priority given to the individuals well being, lacking knowledge of the significant importance it makes one staff by a Supervisor that prefers moving his staff as currency to pay the deals that she has done with other staff. The pressure of being under staff puts the wrong people in the wrong positions. Building up a mafia full of recommendations and favoritism placing not does that deserve it. Many staff are more prepare than their Supervisors. They don€™t apply because know that in order to do a good job they have to be surrounded by the best people; sadly we are not.In the month of January, 2018, a client that uses a G-Tube was choking with his own saliva and mucus. Overnight Supervisor NS couldn€™t be present at Labrador because had to work as an Overnight Staff at a house. The clients can€™t be alone so I had to stay and not call an ambulance and go with JW to the hospital. The LPN MH, was not available in the phone for assistance. Feel powerless for not being able to do more than a GER and cleaning him tomore ...hide ...
