Much has been expressed with regard to the clients' rights, however, the rights and security of the employees have not been taken into account, all in the interest of the organization/business having the upper hand. This is the same in any other akin company; Mosaic is no different. The people that have complained are those who care for the individuals and act with integrity. They are also those that are concerned for the welfare of other co-workers and the company. On the contrary, it wouldn't be too difficult to close this facility and the firm itself, as Mosaic offers the means to do so. In my opinion, it would be pointless to contact compliance as the ethics and compliance officers are employed by Mosaic. It would be preferable to report to the state. Unfortunately, even after the passing of years, everything stays the same. More than half of the upper management have left and the situation is still deteriorating.
