The units are spacious; the rent is the most reasonable for the size and extras.In addition to the apartments, the best feature of the property is the huge back yard that slopes down through a small forest to the river.The units are spacious; the rent is the most reasonable for the size and extras.In addition to the apartments, the best feature of the property is the huge back yard that slopes down through a small forest to the river. There is also a popular gazebo, along with numerous flower beds and a large, circular planting area (with birdbath). Flowers, fruits and vegetables are planted, tended and picked by volunteer residents, ending up on many dining room tables.The only reason I withheld one star is due to: 1) I couldnt give another 1/2 star, and, 2) the age of our building. However, the Management/Maintenance team we have here is top notch, and more than rises to the challenges of keeping our Residence in excellent condition.more ...hide ...

I have lived here at Sunnydale Pointe since the beginning. I have seen & Thankfully been apart of the growth & development of this small community. Tho the building & property is new, staff have maintained a high standarI have lived here at Sunnydale Pointe since the beginning. I have seen & Thankfully been apart of the growth & development of this small community. Tho the building & property is new, staff have maintained a high standard to inspect & maintain the quality of living conditions. Social standards are superb! What do I mean? This is a safe,well lite & observed community. Children are safe to play here, individuals may walk about safely. This is not to take away from the responsibility of parents/guardians to care for their children, nor for adults to dress reasonably for the public/ have agreeable social standards. To the contrary...the high standards set & persevered here by staff & residents assured everyone the quality of living deserved. A BIG THANK U to Alysia Steelman & our maintenance man Terry for stepping up to demonstrate their sincere desires to have & maintain a quality,safe & pleasing environment for all.more ...hide ...
