Honestly my apartment was beautiful and I loved it. What I didn€™t love was that living in the basement came with a terrible sewage smell on a regular basis, flooding, and sewage moths in the laundry room and the washeHonestly my apartment was beautiful and I loved it. Not to mention, the ancient pipes caused a disgusting sewage back up in my apartment twice. The property manager when I first moved in was great, then came the original property manager who was/is absolutely terrible. She doesn€™t care about that building or the tenants. Only about money obviously. If you call she claims she€™s not in the office. It€™s very hard to reach anyone. I can say that maintenance will always show up if needed. But living here is definitely a 1/10. Wouldn€™t recommend.more ...hide ...

I have live there for the past 3 years. with 3 different landlords within the past 3 years.From July-December 2017, the first landlord was awesome, no problem, no problems with the neighbors at the time, great environmenI have live there for the past 3 years. with 3 different landlords within the past 3 years.From July-December 2017, the first landlord was awesome, no problem, no problems with the neighbors at the time, great environment.From January,2018-March,2019- Minor issues with the second landlord but gotten along with them, still great environment.From March,2019-July2020, the landlord was a douche, negative behavior, didnt do his job properly, targeted me from the start, and the neighbors started getting very hateful. wasnt a good environment after that, and have taken a proper vacation and they have threw my stuff away without my permission.. refuse to give me back my security deposit..more ...hide ...
