Not to mention, the ancient pipes caused a disgusting sewage back up in my apartment twice. The property manager when I first moved in was great, then came the original property manager who was/is absolutely terrible. She doesnt care about that building or the tenants. Only about money obviously. If you call she claims shes not in the office. Its very hard to reach anyone. I can say that maintenance will always show up if needed.
