Have to call multiple times before maintenance comes. I dont like how they are allowed to come into your apartment while you are not there. I am suspecting the maintenance worker are stealing out of peoples apartment while they arent home, because I noticed some of my belongings are missing and I never have company. Suppose to change filters every 3 months, but come every 6 months. Parking is HORRIBLE!!!! When I signed my lease they told us 2 parking spots per apartment, but after I complained they said there was no assigned parking. When it clearly states in the lease, its 2 parking spots per apartment. Only good thing about these apartments is the renting price and its a nice apartment, but not worth all the problems.more ...hide ...
