The absolute WORST place to live on the East side of Monroe. The property managers are HORRIBLE! They keep attitudes and do NOT care about the property at all. They keep attitudes and do NOT care about the property at all. Nor do they give a damn about there tenants. They do just enough to get by to keep them open. People are shooting dice at all times of day and night. You would think with the unworking security footage they would be able to control the amout of guns in the apartment facilities. There is constantly people shooting, a man was pistol whipped in the parking lot. The police, AMR, & fire truck are constantly out there I dont see why they dont move in on the property. Roach infested. The maintenance people come to work for a check cause they sure as hell dont fix anything. Overall income based its not worth it. Its like walking into a lion€™s den. Forgot to mention the countless people who€™ve been shot on the property.more ...hide ...
