The property managers are HORRIBLE! They keep attitudes and do NOT care about the property at all. Nor do they give a damn about there tenants. You would think with the unworking security footage they would be able to control the amout of guns in the apartment facilities. There is constantly people shooting, a man was pistol whipped in the parking lot. The police, AMR, & fire truck are constantly out there I dont see why they dont move in on the property. Roach infested. The maintenance people come to work for a check cause they sure as hell dont fix anything. Overall income based its not worth it. Its like walking into a lions den. They even threaten to contact CPS if your living conditions don't meet their standards. They are overly serious with their job and should instead put that effort into actually doing their duties such as plumbing and electrical work orders that are requested and never completed. They never replace filters unless you complain. No inspections unless they have a corporate head person inspecting certain units. There is a great deal of partiality towards certain tenants. There is no playground for the children, so they are forced to play with objects such as sticks and rocks, then we are penalized for it. You will be written up for insignificant matters as they are looking to evict people all the time due to their turnover rate.
