I have had only good experiences with the management of this apartment complex. I served patients here as a home health occupational therapist. The halls and building are very clean and well-kept. The halls and building are very clean and well-kept. If I were retired and needed reduced-income housing, I would love to live in this apartment complex. If there is an elderly person who needs assistance, they should have home health, private caregivers, family, and friends all come in to help. It is not the job of the apartment management to regularly check-in on every resident in this very large facility. If those prior-mentioned means of outside assistance are not available, a disabled person should not live in Pine Grove Apartments or ANY apartments whatsoever; such a person needs to live in an assisted living facility (ALF), nursing home, or in the home of a loving caregiver.more ...hide ...

The place is just fine but the reason Im giving it 3 stars is because Jamie never answers the phone and never be at neither one of the offices. If I have a problem I have no one to tell about it
