Staying at Greenwood Apartments is not recommended because the manager they have now is terrible. We moved in before she was a manager, yet she still blamed us for things going wrong without knowing the situation. We moved in before she was a manager, yet she still blamed us for things going wrong without knowing the situation. For instance, your refrigerator will sound like a motor when it starts up and you'll hear that all day; your stove won't be clean but they expect you to clean it; tiles on the floor have holes in them and carpets are stained; cabinets inside are nasty and countertop isn't properly attached to the wall; countertop is stained and has holes too. Also, they make you keep your microwave clean even though no microwaves come with these apartments; if blinds or windows break, they charge an excessive fee instead of buying them cheaply from stores outside. To top it off, during inspections, the manager only checks 3 apartments at the back while ignoring those in front. Every manager here is black and ghetto-like who think they know everything while nothing in any apartment looks brand spanky new - just try to make it seem like that when moving in. Do not waste time at this place - keep your money safe!more ...hide ...
