We occupied this place for one year and the location was great, however the servicing was appalling. Right from the beginning, we had to deal with different issues. Right from the beginning, we had to deal with different issues. Our freezer did not work well, the doors to the balcony could not be shut and we were charged a lot for cooling and heating. Moreover, the air conditioning was out of order during a hot and humid summer and the technician left without fixing it since it was 5 pm. When we arrived, there was no one to receive us and our entrance keys were either not in working condition or not accessible. On top of that, the parking spot allocated to us was not ready and I was given a warning after parking in another spot. The maintenance team changed nine times throughout the year and none of them had the required knowledge. The tasks that did get done, I had to do again. The corporate office was also of no assistance and failed to take any action despite multiple emails. I inquired about an apartment available for renting and was told to apply, but when I waited for a week, I learnt that the apartment for which I had applied was not ready for the time I wanted to move in. Why would you ask me to submit an application for an apartment that was not ready for occupancy? Especially, when I had specified that I wanted to move in immediately, not in several weeks. She attempted to place me in a smaller apartment, which I declined and then I found another building to lease. We spoke on the phone regarding the application fee I had paid and she said she would refund it since the apartment was not available. I called back a few weeks later to enquire about the application fee I was owed, and she gave me the most hostile attitude, saying nothing would be refunded because I had the “INTENTION” of moving there. NO, I had the intention of moving into the unit I had applied for. I am shocked by the unprofessionalism at this facility. Just look at the other Google reviews that talk about the unprofessionalism and rudeness of her attitude. Such management needs to be reprimanded and now is the time. more ... hide ...

Great location good value and excellent staff Deryl the building manager is a gem who reponds personally to any issue that has come up in my 2 years here I had a raised bed garden and grew flowers herbs and veggies
