a lot of problems with the drainage pipes the basement floods and they leave us without water and they really dont know how to solve it

Not the best place to go after surgery recovery. No PT on the weekend ( you are on the own). Had to call administration office to get something done during the week. Menu doesn€™t match ( just a joke) items from the menu is missing and get switched around without any warning. No-one cares if you like your meal or not, you are eating anyway. Very good diet, don€™t eat unflavored food and you will lose a few pounds. Patients who can€™t speak for themselves a bad luck. What you see on the picture for the room, remember it is a photo shoot, not even close to the picture. Bed was very uncomfortable,-squeaky. To turn light switch you need to get up, court is missing. You do share a.bathroom (Jack & Jill) even if you have a single room. Some stuff is very good and some you can€™t even find it when you need it. Brian, Lucy, and Erick deserve 5 stars. In conclusion find a different place for your recovery, don€™t send your love ones to the place that doesn€™t even get 3 stars.more ...hide ...

My landlor for almost 7 years and I have never had a problem with them. They are kind in the office. The secretary adore her because she is always ready to help and answer any questions.
