My friend who lives there loves it Nice wooded area pool and porches were recently redone

Nice renovations being done but rent went up tremendously while i was there Your packages are not safe as someone will always open and take them for themselves The gym equipments are not functional Water outages happened frequently What else can I Nice renovations being done but rent went up tremendously while i was there Your packages are not safe as someone will always open and take them for themselves The gym equipments are not functional Water outages happened frequently What else can I say when you move out they expect the place to still be as new as you met it during move in else they will hold on to your security deposit and charge you more for not having a clean rug or scratched burner top may be I should have been cooking with the microwave lol the swimming pool which was marketed as part of the package has not being open since 2020 till at least when I moved out in May 2022 with no explanation or compensation for that amenity The washing machine at least in the building where I lived building 14 does not work properly and nothing had being done at least while I was thereit was also marketed as a non smoking environment but you could always perceive weed in the building where i was till the moment i moved out Great staff members though hence the one star more ... hide ...

I love it here and the office staff have always been nice an always helped whenever I needed something The maintenance guys are good to an also nice Great place to live

The property manager Sheila is very nasty She has lack of customer service skills She doesnt return calls or emails in a timely matter and when you do get a hold of her she doesnt help but will gladly tell you how busy she is
