Great, reasonable, responsive management. Great, responsive, friendly maintenance. Upscale landscaping & care for the grounds.Neighbors are quiet & friendly.They keep everything inside the apartment in good condition viaGreat, reasonable, responsive management. Sometimes the inspections get to be a little irritating, but they€™re why they property is in great condition.Heat & AC work 100%.The only negative is that local traffic significantly lengthens the trip to 93 and 95 during rush hour.Apartments have only one exit door. That one door opens to the cold outside - these are €œFlorida style€ apartments, so the door lets in cold. Our hallway on the third floor has an ice patch/puddle that forms where the floor dips.Also, there are no storm windows, so windows are quite cold.Amazon will leave your package in the back hall of a different building. (Obviously not Quail Run€™s fault.)Water sometimes (once a week?) has a strong smell and mild discomfort/burning of BLEACH. I can€™t not warn people.I want to still give 4 stars because the maintenance and office staff are A+.more ...hide ...
