I just want to give a shout out to Iris who works at the office and is AMAZING When my boyfriend and I tried to apply to live here we came to the office without an appointment and Iris spent an hour walking us through the process showing us the apart I just want to give a shout out to Iris who works at the office and is AMAZING When my boyfriend and I tried to apply to live here we came to the office without an appointment and Iris spent an hour walking us through the process showing us the apartment and answering all our questions There are a lot of reviews here saying that they have a hard time reaching someone at the office but I want to disclose that Iris is the ONLY person working there and managing the property She handles so many properties while handling new applicants and despite that when you come to the office she is so efficient thorough and honest about the approval processnnOnce we got approved Iris helped us through the transition process and really made this experience great Thank you Iris for all that you did for us we love our new apartment more ... hide ...

The apartments look nice as I have a friend who lives here however its very hard to get in contact with someone regarding leasing Ive been calling for MONTHS and no one answers the phone

Cool building but the management company is horrendous HUD needs to send out mystery shoppers because I guarantee they discriminate and hold apartments for their relatives and friends which is illegal per Fair Housing to deny availability
