I'm really fond of this community, the people are great and the building is really nice. But, the parking situation is absolutely horrendous. This place is horrible, tenants are always making noise here. I resided there a few years ago and it was the worse. The Manager is rude and when you call the property management company, they either argue with you or blow you off and do nothing. The Manager is rude and when you call the property management company, they either argue with you or blow you off and do nothing. How that woman still has her job after the complaints and bad reviews just blows my mind? This management company clearly could care less about their residents and how they are treated. It may have something to do with the tax cred qualification and the fact that most of the residents are black. The property could flourish with the right manager and maintenance people. The maintenance workers are a joke and have no skills to fix anything. Oh and they NEVER fix the building doors. Almost every morning we had a homeless drunk man laying in the hallway.more ...hide ...
