Takes forever to get things fixed put in for a new sink head and spray for the kitchen back in May nobody has been or even called to say they in progress of getting to my Dad Place parking is suspect
Went on a tour of Jericho last year The apartments look nice Especially the two bedrooms I called numerous times and left voicemails about questions I had I never received a return call Also why a short window for applying in advance
I'm really fond of this community, the people are great and the building is really nice. But, the parking situation is absolutely horrendous. They have reserved parking and they're not even being used. It's risky coming back at night and having to park so far away from the building. There is no peace of mind for the residents. Management hasn't been able to resolve the parking issue; they keep giving the same excuses that they are working on it. Today (3/8/2022) alone, six cars were vandalized, and the list is still growing. Over the weekend, yet another car window was broken. There is no security. Neither Bozzuto, onsite management, nor the Church are taking any steps to provide comfort for the inhabitants. Are they waiting for someone to get injured or worse, before they put a security system in place? This is really awful and I don't want to be writing this review, but I feel obligated to get the truth out there. Bozzuto and Jericho must take action and come up with an effective plan. This is an important issue and management hasn't told the residents what they're doing about it.more ...hide ...

This place is horrible, tenants are always making noise here. I resided there a few years ago and it was the worse. The Manager is rude and when you call the property management company, they either argue with you or blow you off and do nothing. How that woman still has her job after the complaints and bad reviews just blows my mind? This management company clearly could care less about their residents and how they are treated. It may have something to do with the tax cred qualification and the fact that most of the residents are black. The property could flourish with the right manager and maintenance people. The maintenance workers are a joke and have no skills to fix anything. Oh and they NEVER fix the building doors. Almost every morning we had a homeless drunk man laying in the hallway.more ...hide ...
