But, the parking situation is absolutely horrendous. I moved here in November 2021 and there have been two cars on bricks and plenty of car break-ins. There is no security whatsoever. They have reserved parking and they're not even being used. It's risky coming back at night and having to park so far away from the building. There is no peace of mind for the residents. Management hasn't been able to resolve the parking issue; they keep giving the same excuses that they are working on it. Today (3/8/2022) alone, six cars were vandalized, and the list is still growing. Over the weekend, yet another car window was broken. There is no security. Neither Bozzuto, onsite management, nor the Church are taking any steps to provide comfort for the inhabitants. Are they waiting for someone to get injured or worse, before they put a security system in place? This is really awful and I don't want to be writing this review, but I feel obligated to get the truth out there. Bozzuto and Jericho must take action and come up with an effective plan. This is an important issue and management hasn't told the residents what they're doing about it. more ... hide ...
