Parking is the worst I pay 1842 and because my registration doesnt say their neighborhood they will not give you a parking pass You can never have visitors overnight because they dont accommodate parking for visitors Imagine paying almost 2000 and c Parking is the worst I pay 1842 and because my registration doesnt say their neighborhood they will not give you a parking pass You can never have visitors overnight because they dont accommodate parking for visitors Imagine paying almost 2000 and cant park nor have visitors over I CANNOT WAIT UNTIL MY LEASE IS OVER I pay MARKET RENT and cant park unless I switch my insurance and registration over to their neighborhood address I get a good rate for my insurance for the address that I use and it would be costly to switch it to this neighborhoods address because of their crime rate Every resident who is on a lease around there should receive a parking pass and one visitors pass The fact that people pay that much in rent and cant have visitors unless they park their vehicles on the street in a high crime rate area What a joke Every neighborhood Ive lived in offered the lease holder a parking pass and a visitors pass regardless if your tags is registered to the address or not Unbelievable Imagine having kids and paying this much in rent and cant park and having to walk you and your family while its dark from outside of the neighborhood These parking rules are just now being enforced They should reiterate how much parking is enforced around here and their parking rules before tenants even sign a lease I feel bamboozled into signing a lease around here and not being able to park I am waiting and anticipating for my lease to be up Please consider this before moving its an inconvenience when youre paying your hard earned money to live somewhere that you cant park and feel safe unless you switch over your car registration to their address And please dont even think about having relatives come from out of town to stay with you they will not be able to park overnight on the premises No visitors passes are issued Absolutely first and last worst apartment parking experience for me and my kids more ... hide ...

The grass is fake It smells sometimes their a person with a mean dog the trash piles up the pool is not use anymore and loud people with other knocking on doors for pranks 1 Star
