Took forever to get a apartment lost my application 4 times. Maintenance is horrible took me two weeks to get light bulbs for my apartment. Have been questioned and harassed since I have lived here by the office. Race is a Big probably here, and anyone can tell you that. If your black good luck with living here because the office will trust pass your family and friends so you cant have guest. I guess it cool to let your dogs attack black people as one resident did because she said it didnt like black people... Also I dont get how people have dogs and let them poop anywhere and not pick that up. I guess some people were not raised the way I was.more ...hide ...

This is not the ideal place to live if you desire peace and an apartment complex with attentive management. The elevator has been malfunctioning for days at a time, which is especially inconvenient for the elderly. The elevator has been malfunctioning for days at a time, which is especially inconvenient for the elderly. Moreover, the door to the package room has been broken for two days and still has yet to be fixed. To make matters worse, we have contacted management multiple times about the excessive noise from our upstairs neighbor, with video evidence to support our claims, and yet they have done nothing. Not to mention, the quiet hours from 9pm to morning are unenforced and disregarded by the other residents. All in all, this apartment complex is a nightmare and I am counting down the days until I can leave. Avoid this place at all costs, and management needs to get their act together quickly.more ...hide ...
