The elevator has been malfunctioning for days at a time, which is especially inconvenient for the elderly. Moreover, the door to the package room has been broken for two days and still has yet to be fixed. To make matters worse, we have contacted management multiple times about the excessive noise from our upstairs neighbor, with video evidence to support our claims, and yet they have done nothing. Not to mention, the quiet hours from 9pm to morning are unenforced and disregarded by the other residents. All in all, this apartment complex is a nightmare and I am counting down the days until I can leave. Avoid this place at all costs, and management needs to get their act together quickly. more ...
