For more than six years, we have been living there. At first, it was an ideal place to stay as potential tenants were carefully evaluated and approved prior to moving in. We also had access to all the amenities listed in the contract, and felt safe and secure at all times. However, the current staff allows everybody who applies to move in and the doors are left unlocked. The underground garage is open from nine to five-ish for everyone to get in the building. The community room, computer room, etc. are usually locked and we don't have the ability to access them. The management has been changed or renamed several times. When problems are reported to the in-house staff, they are generally not handled professionally. If you check the current management's website, you won't find any names; just one number. When you call it, you will hear a recording that asks you to dial by name. The only advantage of living there is the location; it's a few minutes away from highways 100 and 95. Trying to track down the present management company is difficult because the information they give residents is not accurate. more ... hide ...
