Ive lived in this community for about 1 year and a half and its a good place to live. Staff are responsive and friendly. If I need a repair, Im contacted same day and the maintenance folks are almost always there on sameIve lived in this community for about 1 year and a half and its a good place to live. Staff are responsive and friendly. If I need a repair, Im contacted same day and the maintenance folks are almost always there on same day. If they cant get to it the same day, they do the next day. The gentleman Ive met who work maintenance are friendly and efficient and although we cant choose our neighbors, mine are great. Yes, sometimes there is trash in the parking lot but that must be from some of the residence. By the time I walk outside again, the trash is gone. Upkeep is very good. If I had to offer a negative it would probably be that it would be nice to see the balconies upgraded a little. Maybe painted to a lighter more refreshing color as it would be nice curb appeal. I would also like to see an upgrade to the building doors and mailboxes. :)more ...hide ...
EVERYONE in that office is extremely rude and very unprofessional. They lose important documents all the time.
