During our stay, there was a change in management, so conversations with the previous manager were not relayed to the new one. The heating and air conditioning system is outdated and there have been weeks where air conditioning and heating have not been available. The only reason this place received three stars is due to Mary Beth and the maintenance staff; otherwise, they would not have been given any stars. The new director is not personable and is quite abrupt. Make sure to take pictures of any documentation she sends, as posting things on your door is important as they are outside. Furthermore, they have been known to change dates in order to back themselves up, which only made the situation worse. We will be in constant contact with her boss.
